Head Chef at Spring Restaurant, Somerset House and born in London, raised in South Africa, Rose trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine. The opportunity soon arose to join Michelin-starred restaurant Petersham Nurseries where she thrived under the tutorage of Skye Gyngell and, later, Greg Malouf. I am a Registered Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, Personal Trainer and author. I currently work for the NHS as an acute Dietitian, as well as a freelance Sports Dietitian, offering support to athletes and teams on how best to optimise their nutritional intake to increase their chances of sporting success. I enjoy combining my love for nutrition with my passion for movement and exercise and also offer 1:1 personal training sessions in the Glasgow area.
