They share information on what their customers buy. Epsilon Abacus analyses this pooled information to understand consumers wider buying patterns. Begg & Co are delighted to offer a new rental service to our customers. Discover fashion forward 100% cashmere pieces from our AW19 collection available exclusively for you to rent for up to two weeks.

The rental service allows customers to rent a scarf for a maximum of two weeks from the date received. This service is only available for shipping within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to limit the number of items that a member may rent at any time. Rented goods are delivered to the customer’s address via a UPS courier service. Delivery time for rented goods may vary based upon inventory availability, your delivery address, when you place your order and other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly, Begg & Co makes no guarantee as to actual delivery time.

Rented goods are returned via the pre-paid label included in the delivery. Rented goods should be returned to Begg & Co within 3 weeks of receipt of the rented goods and in as-new condition with original packaging and labels.

You may love the rental scarf so much that you would like to not send it back and buy it. This must be stated in writing by an email to and in doing so you agree to Begg & Co invoicing you for the full cost of the goods minus any rental and shipping/return charges.

Please see below for an example of a rental order and associated charges if the scarf is kept.

If a rental item is returned in a damaged or soiled condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by Begg & Co in its sole discretion, you agree that Begg & Co may invoice you for refurbishment costs up to the full cost of replacing such product as well as charge you the full amount of any lost earnings or incurred costs resulting from the damage. The product replacement fee will vary depending on the specifics of each item and its amount is at the full discretion of Begg & Co.

Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean products themselves by any means (dry cleaned or otherwise). If this is done, Begg & Co reserves the right to invoice for part or full replacement value of the items and charge you the full amount of any potential lost earnings or incurred costs regardless of whether any damage has been caused.

In the event you receive your rental good and you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us for a refund if it is unworn and still in the original packaging with labels. You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt. After receiving our confirmation, you must return the goods to us within 3 working days.

Begg & Co are not responsible for any lost returns or liable for any duties or custom charges incurred in returning unworn products to us. On receipt of the returned unworn goods, we will refund to the original method of payment the full rental price for the items returned to us, providing they are found to be in a saleable condition. Begg & Co reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated.

When you rent an item, you are required to provide Begg & Co with accurate, complete and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. By using the Scarf Rental service, you authorize Begg & Co to bill your credit card with applicable fees, per-item or borrowing fees, shipping charges, any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service.
