"I am using this situation to take the right time to cook – in the South of Europe cooking it is not just a hobby but a way of engaging with people. I am trying to cook recipes that usually I cook with friends or family, this is helping me to remember some sweet memories of my holidays, for instance. Attached are some images of my “arroz al horno” dish. This dish takes 2.5 hours to be cooked, so I feel like I have the time to prepare this at home during this quarantine.
I am also trying to stay very active… Pilates is my new addiction. I try to practise 20/30min every day – it is key to stay focused these days, and push negativity away!
